What we are introducing here is the louver punch, a component of press molds. The feature of this product lies not only in the complex shape of the punch surface but also in the sharp-edged finish of the recessed areas, as shown in the diagram. Here, the SKD material is processed with our fine machining technology, finishing the tip of the recess to R0.08 or less.
